|ADAMEC HARLEY-DAVIDSON NOW SERVING ST. AUGUSTINE AND ADDS A FOURTH LOCATION|
JACKSONVILLE, FLORIDA (JANUARY 17, 2012) – Adamec Harley-Davidson of Jacksonville announced today that it will take over ownership and management of the Harley-Davidson Retail Store on St. George Street in downtown St. Augustine, effective February 1, 2012. The store will be operated as Adamec Harley-Davidson of St. Augustine. This action is the result of the closing, in cooperation with Harley’s dealer consolidation program, of the former Harley-Davidson of St. Augustine (HDSA) dealership which had previously owned and operated the store prior to its closing. Additionally, in cooperation with the former owners of HDSA, Clark Vitulli and Allen Good, Adamec Harley-Davidson’s three stores in Jacksonville and Orange Park will honor the “pre-paid maintenance plans purchased by HDSA VIP customers, as well as, serve as the redemption dealership for any outstanding HDSA Gift Cards.
“We are proud to have the opportunity to serve the customers of Harley-Davidson of St. Augustine and the St. Augustine community,” said Mark Adamec. “Our three dealerships have earned Harley-Davidson Motor Company’s highest honor, the Gold Bar & Shield Award, multiple times over recent years, for excellence in customer satisfaction and dealership operations. We have also been recognized as a Dealer News ‘Top 100’ Dealer for 2012. Our goal is to deliver an outstanding customer experience to all of our customers and now to the Harley-Davidson of St. Augustine customers as well.”
“As a third generation Harley-Davidson Dealer we realize the importance of the relationship between the Harley-Davidson customer and their dealership,” Adamec continued. “We’re family!” Our grandfather believed it 80 years ago when he founded Adamec Harley-Davidson and the tradition continues three generations later. Our entire team, my brother Chris and I want to welcome all of Harley-Davidson of St. Augustine’s customer to our family. We look forward to serving you and your motorcycling needs for years to come.”
“We thank Clark Vitulli and Allen Good (former owners HDSA) for their service and commitment to the riding community of North Florida,” added Chris Adamec.
