"Purchased a 2008 Softail Custom "Oh how sweet it is" in mid July. After the first week of riding it began to act funny and want to stall out when I stopped. Was riding toward Regency when it began to happen again. Pulled into the shop and was not only taken care of immediately, but after trouble shooting the part I needed wasn't in stock.........or was it. Now I have one of the only dark pearl blue 105th anniversary bikes on the road (parts removed right off a show room bike). Thanks for going the extra mile and making sure I could get back to Georgia the same day. By the way did I mention the great sales and parts people they have there too. Was treated like part of a family from the minute I walked in, to everytime I stop by to get a new sparkly chrome piece for my ride. "I recently purchased a 2008 FXDL Low Rider. Jenny, my sales person, made the whole buying experience comfortable & pleasant. Bernie answered all my questions concerning finance/nsurance and had all the paperwork ready. Michelle cheerfully & professionally handled my special order for a pair of riding boots (I wear a size 7!) It started to rain that day, so they put the bike on a trailer and delivered it to my house at no charge so I wouldn't have to ride it in the rain. "What can I say Adamec Rocks. I ride a '07 WideGlide purchase from Orange Park. My girl just came off a '04 Fatboy we bought used from Baymeadows and now she is on her brand new 2008 Deluxe. A bike she only dreamed of. With the help of our great salesman Tim Robbins and the finance knowledge of Steve White, they worked us a deal we could not pass up. Everything went smooth getting the most for our trade and like I said a sweet deal on a new ride. "While on Vaction I enjoy finding local Harley Shops and just look around. While in Jacsonville I stopped by your shop and was very impressed with service my wife and I recieved. "I was visiting from Virginia for bike week when I had a problem with my 2006 FLSTCI and needed service. It was Sunday morning and I saw an add saying you were open on Sunday so I called. The service department told me to come in and they would take care of me. When I got there I could not have had any better sevice, took the bike right in and got me going again (even washed it for me). I was so happy with my visit that my next Harley will be purchased from Adamec Harley-Davidson. (I come to Jacksonville several times a year for my job)."
