Saturday the 26th as I was headed to Daytona with my wife, I had tryed to start my bike in the morning and the battery was shot from the cold, I saw your billboard and pulled off rt95 and into your parking lot , one of your service guys came out to see what the problem was in the rain. he had me back into the ramp area, From that point Bob Kretzscmar took over and in 1 hr he had the electric system looked at and a new battery put in, and we were on our way. "i got off work on a friday evening and my wife says lets go to florida . but it was to cold to ride so we took the car and had no idea i would buy another bike but did. i have a 07 ultra and they had a 93 electra classic and the price and serv was outstanding. so that evening i rode it daytona stayed the night and the next morning left out for wva everything was good till charlote nc and the temp droped to 30 and then at bluefield va it was 28 with snow on both sides of road and icey spots. it was 70 at daytona and 28 at home. that was the biggest temp change(730 miles) but the service made it worth while. i have bought harleys at 3 different stores in 3 different states and this is by far the best. you all keep on keeping on Thanks and a special thanks to fran"

"I took my '08 Softail Custom in for a standard service on 1/23.
During the service, I had the front tire inspected for cupping. It was
noted and replaced without question. During a battery check, my seat had an attach sleeve that would not turn loose, just kept spinning in place. It caused the seat to be slightly damaged in order to remove it, not the tech's fault. Your service managers and tech searched left over parts and found a new seat left over from a customer upgraded delivery and put it on my bike without charge. To me this was a very typical expectation of the OP staff. My wife and I have purchased 4 units thru this particular dealership since 2002 for these same courtesies and customer services. My
wife and I have nothing but praise for this staff because of their
willingness to keep us on a safe ride and be satisfied with the sale and service. As hokie as it sounds, the OP staff deliveries service after the sale and I let other riders know of our experiences. Please pass this along to all personnel from Rich G. in sales, Charley in parts and both John and Rick in service."

"I went to the Orange Park store to complete my "passport" for the H-D Tour 2009. I was greeted by Michelle. Michelle was wonderful. She was friendly and most helpful.
I went to another Harley dealer to acquire its stamp Well, the employees there were not helpful. They refused to follow the rules of the H-D Tour 2009 contest. My treatment there was in stark contrast to wonderful treatment I had received at Adamec.
I called Michelle. I explained to her what happened and she immediately went to work on my behalf. She contacted a person from the Florida Harley Dealer’s Association. She contacted the people at the other dealership by telephone and she sent emails to them to inform them about the rules of the contest.
TALK ABOUT GOING ABOVE & BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY!

"Regency Service While I thought that the service I had received over the past five years from the staff of Adamec Regency Harley Davidson was exceptional, it pales in comparison to the new heights they have risen to in an effort to achieve customer satisfaction. I can not imagine a request that could be made that any member of the staff would not go out of their way to accomplish. From the front of the building to the back parking lot every single employee displays a willingness to serve. What is of greater importance is those efforts toward service are not limited to individual areas of expertise. Need a special part someone will find it, need a rare item of clothing it will be hunted down, having trouble with a car battery don’t worry if you are near the Regency location you have a friend. If repeat business is as a result of customer service, then the team at Regency will insure a long and prosperous business even in these trying financial times. ""How was my experience"? to make it simple, IT WAS FANTASTIC. I was there because my daughter had backed up over my 2009 FLHT a few days before Biketoberfest, This was a special Biketoberfest for me that was to include a visit from my brother who I had not seen in over ten years. I took my bike in to your service department (Bay Meadows) and Bob (unsure of his last name I just call him Brooklyn Bob) knew that because of the damage sustained to the bike that all the parts would not be there on time for a complete repair. He managed to make the bike road worthy and ready to ride in time for Biketoberfest. I made it to the reunion with my brother and we had a blast. It was definitely one for the books. The following week Brooklyn Bob called me to let me know the rest of the parts where in and that the rest of the repairs could be completed. It is that kind of service that makes me want come back for more as well as recommend your service department to others. I relayed what Brooklyn Bob did for me to my brother and his friend Kenny (both rode down from New York) and they stated that there was no way the dealers in New York would do that. So as far as the service department goes its guys like Brooklyn Bob who can make or break a dealer. He is a treasure to behold for Adamec Harley Davidson. "On 09/11/09 at 10:44 am Shawn Okonski helped me identify what parts were needed to repair my kick stand for my 99 Night Train. Shawn obviously picked on the fact that I am a novice at bike riding and/or bike repair. Shawn went out of his way to help me find what I was needing without making feel like an idiot. He even went out to my bike to help figure out what I needed. After figuring out what was needed, we went back into the Parts Department and looked up the parts. He wrote down all the part numbers and discovered that the main part that I needed was not in stock, but it was on a stock order that had arrived but was not received or put away as of yet. He saw my despair that I would have to wait. So, he took it upon himself to go find the part in the box and hooked me right up I am a General Parts Manager at a local forklift company and wish I had more employees like Shawn. "I would like to thank Rick, John and Jan at the Orange park Harley service dept. I came in to buy some new tires prior to a Key west trip with my wife, got them installed and went home to get things ready, we were leaving the next day. I noticed a small problem with the fit and took the bike back to have them look at it, they fixed the problem (very minor) I also expressed concern about the oil and didnt know when the last time it was changed. Rick took my call, calmed me down told me he would see me right away. I put the bike on a trailer and got there as fast as i could, they fixed the problem with the tire, changed all the fluids and got me outa there with time to get my wife and get on the road. Not to mention a mind blowing price, they all went over and beyond what i expected from any dealer and they really took care of me. I am a very picky and hard to please customer, always on the look out for poor service and i am now a dedicated and loyal customer of the Orange Park Harley service dept thanks again to Rick, John, Jan and even Jennifer. This might not mean much to other people, but my wife and I had the best vacation in our 21 years of marrage in Key West, we are also proud to say we rode down and back on our Soft tail Night Train. "I will return to the salesman...he changed store to Baymeadows. I will be returning to Wayne Rex. Long story short, I started window shopping in January - went to a few dealerships, talked to sales people, when they found out I was not ready until March to buy, they would hand me a business card and told me to give them a call. Wayne talked to me for atleast 20 minutes and then got my e-mail and kept in touch until I was ready and got me a great deal. So I took my best friend there a week later and he bought a bike too. Also, the other day Wayne left a message and my machine said he changed stores and to stop by and hang with him. Wayne is the best salesman I've met and I plan on upgrading to the Street Bob."

"I recently submitted a complaint on the Haley Davidson website about 3 incidents I experencied after I purchesed my wife's 2008 Fat Boy, instead of complaining about each incident seperately, the last incident I become flustrated and made all the complaints in one, I now apologize for the remarks I make, Steve Barger the service manager at Adamec Harley Davidson on Atlantic returned my calls immediately and made all the adjustments on my '08 Fat Boy and made sure it was perfect when my wife picked up from the service department, they are really fine people and a family oriented business that really cares about the customer, Greg the salesman that sold me my bike was the best, even after I posted the negitave email they treated us like we were their only customer, I really appreciate the kindness they showed us, they even give us a gift card for the inconvenience, I will for sure purchase my next Harley from Adamec Harley Davidson. "I went to Adamec of Orange Park with my wife to meet up with a friend and to go for a Saturday ride after eating a hot dog or two and a quick trip through the accessories to window shop. I was riding an '07 FXDC that my wife didn't particularly care for the ride of. While there, Rob approached me and simply asked, if I had my choice of any bike in the dealership, which one would I like. Thinking of my wife's complaints of a sore butt after a short ride, I jokingly said "Oh, I'd HAVE to have an Ultra for my next bike." He then worked his magic with some numbers and the end result being my wife and I riding home on the most beautiful '07 FLHTCU that I had ever seen. The previous owner apparently bought it, brought it home, parked it in his garage, and put every optional accessory he could on it before trading it in! The service department even did a 5000-mile service for me on the house! Accessories fixed me up with a couple of t-shirts and some cleaning products. And then AFTER I left for home, I noticed the high beam was not working and took it back and they changed the bulb for me - no charge!
I had dealt with Adamec HD back in the 80's when I used to have an 80 Sportster and an 81 Superglide FXE. I wasn't impressed with the customer service back then. It's a completely different story now! These guys are the TOPS!

"Purchased a 2008 Softail Custom "Oh how sweet it is" in mid July. After the first week of riding it began to act funny and want to stall out when I stopped. Was riding toward Regency when it began to happen again. Pulled into the shop and was not only taken care of immediately, but after trouble shooting the part I needed wasn't in stock.........or was it. Now I have one of the only dark pearl blue 105th anniversary bikes on the road (parts removed right off a show room bike). Thanks for going the extra mile and making sure I could get back to Georgia the same day. By the way did I mention the great sales and parts people they have there too. Was treated like part of a family from the minute I walked in, to everytime I stop by to get a new sparkly chrome piece for my ride.
