The level of professionalism I experienced from the rental process with Fernando to figure out what I wanted down to the decision making process progressed flawlessly. No pressure was ever applied, they went over an above the call of duty to make sure I was totally satisfied before during and after the purchase of my new 2009 Customized Fatboy. I was looking for a certain look and they had a Fatboy they had sent out to get customized sitting on the showroom floor that had 90% of what I was looking for already done. Can you say fate? "I will return to the salesman...he changed store to Baymeadows. I will be returning to Wayne Rex. Long story short, I started window shopping in January - went to a few dealerships, talked to sales people, when they found out I was not ready until March to buy, they would hand me a business card and told me to give them a call. Wayne talked to me for atleast 20 minutes and then got my e-mail and kept in touch until I was ready and got me a great deal. So I took my best friend there a week later and he bought a bike too. Also, the other day Wayne left a message and my machine said he changed stores and to stop by and hang with him. Wayne is the best salesman I've met and I plan on upgrading to the Street Bob."

"I recently submitted a complaint on the Haley Davidson website about 3 incidents I experencied after I purchesed my wife's 2008 Fat Boy, instead of complaining about each incident seperately, the last incident I become flustrated and made all the complaints in one, I now apologize for the remarks I make, Steve Barger the service manager at Adamec Harley Davidson on Atlantic returned my calls immediately and made all the adjustments on my '08 Fat Boy and made sure it was perfect when my wife picked up from the service department, they are really fine people and a family oriented business that really cares about the customer, Greg the salesman that sold me my bike was the best, even after I posted the negitave email they treated us like we were their only customer, I really appreciate the kindness they showed us, they even give us a gift card for the inconvenience, I will for sure purchase my next Harley from Adamec Harley Davidson. "I went to Adamec of Orange Park with my wife to meet up with a friend and to go for a Saturday ride after eating a hot dog or two and a quick trip through the accessories to window shop. I was riding an '07 FXDC that my wife didn't particularly care for the ride of. While there, Rob approached me and simply asked, if I had my choice of any bike in the dealership, which one would I like. Thinking of my wife's complaints of a sore butt after a short ride, I jokingly said "Oh, I'd HAVE to have an Ultra for my next bike." He then worked his magic with some numbers and the end result being my wife and I riding home on the most beautiful '07 FLHTCU that I had ever seen. The previous owner apparently bought it, brought it home, parked it in his garage, and put every optional accessory he could on it before trading it in! The service department even did a 5000-mile service for me on the house! Accessories fixed me up with a couple of t-shirts and some cleaning products. And then AFTER I left for home, I noticed the high beam was not working and took it back and they changed the bulb for me - no charge!
I had dealt with Adamec HD back in the 80's when I used to have an 80 Sportster and an 81 Superglide FXE. I wasn't impressed with the customer service back then. It's a completely different story now! These guys are the TOPS!

"Purchased a 2008 Softail Custom "Oh how sweet it is" in mid July. After the first week of riding it began to act funny and want to stall out when I stopped. Was riding toward Regency when it began to happen again. Pulled into the shop and was not only taken care of immediately, but after trouble shooting the part I needed wasn't in stock.........or was it. Now I have one of the only dark pearl blue 105th anniversary bikes on the road (parts removed right off a show room bike). Thanks for going the extra mile and making sure I could get back to Georgia the same day. By the way did I mention the great sales and parts people they have there too. Was treated like part of a family from the minute I walked in, to everytime I stop by to get a new sparkly chrome piece for my ride. I'm in need of my 1000 mile check up but it has been raining.....I will see you very soon.

"While on Vaction I enjoy finding local Harley Shops and just look around. While in Jacsonville I stopped by your shop and was very impressed with service my wife and I recieved. Our salesman was Mat (I think! He has flame tats on arm)I have been looking for a bottle holder for my Ultra Classic and never had any dealer I visted offered to put it on a bike and go the extra mile for us like Mat did. I only wish we had a dealer like you in Kansas, Thank's for making our vaction more enjoyable.

"I was visiting from Virginia for bike week when I had a problem with my 2006 FLSTCI and needed service. It was Sunday morning and I saw an add saying you were open on Sunday so I called. The service department told me to come in and they would take care of me. When I got there I could not have had any better sevice, took the bike right in and got me going again (even washed it for me). I was so happy with my visit that my next Harley will be purchased from Adamec Harley-Davidson. (I come to Jacksonville several times a year for my job)."

And Toni the merchandise manager is wonderful. She helped me with a specific problem regarding a helmet and went above and beyond to resolve my issue. Whenever we come to the store, she always has a smile on her face and remembers me. She and the other employees go the extra mile to make us feel like part of the Harley-Davidson family.
